Music and laughs surround the adventures of two brash Brooklynites (Wallace Ford, El Brendel) as they try to deliver Bunny the elephant to a Mexican carnival and tangle with the evil "Joe the Gyp," who's trying to close the show.

I found this film to be mildly amusing, though the stereotypes are laughable (and not in the way the film-makers intended).
Good quality upload, though the print is a bit dark at times.

Five stars just for the elephant.
The actors are some of my favorites but maybe these parts are not so good for them.
I like that Russian guy no matter what he does but his role here is weak. He does it well though.

Who is Machine Gun Mama?
A couple of of New Yorkers wind up in Mexico with an elephant and¡¦ hold on.. Let¡¯s back up here. Why did they wind up in Mexico? And why on earth do they have an elephant? These questions are established at the very beginning of this mess of a movie, which details the two winding up in a Mexican carnival trying to sell of the animal to the fair owners, but the fair owners are wondering if they can afford the elephant. Soon, one of the two is falling in love with the daughter of the fair owner, but he might have some skeletons in the closet that she doesn¡¯t know about.
Fairly ridiculous premise, badly badly titled, somewhat stereotypical characters, cheesy songs they don¡¯t bother to get into til the final 10 minutes of the movie, and a lame LAME ending that somehow conveniently wraps the plot up by bringing in characters out of nowhere just to get everything finished. Pretty bad.. Avoid.

Humorous, endearing, and NON-VIOLENT.
I enjoyed this unlikely story of two guys from New York and their elephant ending up where they do. It has a little romance, a little mystery and a little humor. I liked how the leading lady handled the gun. It was actually quite a humorous, romantic and NON-violent movie.

Not really funny or interesting!
Well, this is a movie that would be broadcast on TV in the morning, it's really sleepy and harmless.
It hasn't a really story, actually it swaps from scene to scene.
I was a embarrassed that I had to download 1.8GB and to see that it is only the half of the film. I heard that it is fixed now.
Well, I won't download it a second time...
